A Long Island lottery player just scored a life-changing win, claiming a CASH4LIFE prize worth at least $7 million.
Jason Champagne, of Bellmore, claimed the $1,000 A Day For Life top prize after his ticket matched the first five numbers drawn on Dec. 9, 2025, according to the New York Lottery.
The winning numbers were 12, 24, 36, 54, and 56, with Cash Ball 02.
While the prize guarantees a minimum payout of $7 million paid out over time, Champagne opted to take the cash value instead. He received a one-time lump sum payment of $4,557,000 after required withholdings.
