Woman Dies After Car Crashes Through Barriers At Casino In Hudson Valley A 61-year-old woman has died after crashing through barriers and hitting a wall at MGM Empire City Casino in Westchester County, authorities said. The crash happened at around 10:43 p.m. on Monday, June 8, in the casino parking lot, Yonkers Police told Daily Voice.  A preliminary investigation found that the vehicle traveled through barriers before striking a wall, causing significant damage.  The driver, identified only as a 61-year-old Yonkers resident, was transported to Jacobi Medical Center for treatment.
