A 20-year-old New York man was charged after prosecutors said he was racing another vehicle on Route 17 in Paramus, NJ when he lost control and crashed into a Jeep, seriously injuring its driver.
Aiden C. Perez, 20, of Washingtonville, NY, was driving a 2015 Audi at a high rate of speed when he lost control while attempting to change lanes, causing the Audi to collide with a 2019 Jeep, at around 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Orange County Men Jailed In NY Child Predator Sting, Police Say
Five Hudson Valley men were arrested and charged with felony offenses during a two-day undercover investigation targeting crimes against children in Dutchess County, police said.
The operation, announced Monday, June 1, was conducted in Fishkill by the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Wappinger along with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the FBI Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force, and the Town of Fishkill Police Department.
