At 12:39 a.m. on Monday, May 27, officers responded to a residence in Budd Lake for a medical call, Mount Olive police said. Dylan Blackwell began acting belligerent toward officers, police said. After officers left, Blackwell began calling 911 for no legitimate purpose or emergency, in an attempt to illicit a police response to the same residence, police said.
