Eliezer Kadoch pleaded guilty to voting by an alien in a federal election Wednesday, June 24, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer said. Kadoch admitted to voting in the 2022 midterm elections to elect someone to the House of Representatives, Frazier said. Kadoch is a citizen of France and not a United States citizen. He faces up to six months in prison when he is sentenced in October, Frazer said.
