A 40-year-old Phillipsburg woman was arrested for assaulting a police officer following a large pop-up party in Vineland, authorities announced Wednesday, June 17. A 23-year-old Delaware man was arrested in Philadelphia after police say a shooting at Wilmington Hospital left one 19-year-old dead and another critically injured.
