A New York man was arrested after Teaneck police uncovered what they described as a fraud and scam operation involving victims in multiple states. Paul Caneiro, an Ocean Township resident, was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences after being convicted of murdering his brother, his sister-in-law and their two children in their Colts Neck home. A 56-year-old Westchester County woman was found dead inside an uncovered manhole in Midtown Manhattan late Monday night, May 18, police said.
