A pill taken at bedtime may still be making decisions for drivers the next morning. A small clinical trial found that quetiapine, a psychiatric drug commonly known by the brand name Seroquel, may impair next-day reaction time and driving performance when used as an off-label sleep aid, StudyFinds reports.
