Glenn Martone, who served as chief of the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company for decades, died Sunday, May 17, surrounded by family, according to his obituary. He was 70.
A Brookfield High School graduate from the Class of 1973, Martone served the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company as chief, president, and board member during his time with the department.

The Pace University community and a Westchester family are mourning the sudden loss of a young student-athlete remembered for her kindness, energy, and bright spirit.
Stevie Marie DeLuca, a Yonkers native and junior at Pace University, died on Thursday, April 30, at the age of 20, according to her obituary.
DeLuca was a member of Pace’s cheerleading team, where she served as a flyer. A graduate of Riverdale Kingsbridge Academy, she was majoring in criminal justice in the university’s Dyson School of Arts and Sciences.

The cause of death for actor Patrick Muldoon, best known for his roles on "Days of Our Lives" and "Melrose Place," has been revealed.
Muldoon, 57, died suddenly at his Beverly Hills, California, home on Sunday, April 19.
