Avon's Jan Carlos Berrios-Otero Faces More Sex Abuse Charges Police investigating a Connecticut daycare worker accused of sexually assaulting multiple children have identified a sixth alleged victim in the case. Avon police filed a new arrest warrant against Jan Carlos Berrios-Otero, alleging he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old boy who attended the BrightPath Avon Early Learning and Child Care Center.
